If your having difficulties to book a session follow the steps below. Its very simple and straightforward to use. You must download the app “Zoom” in order to connect with us at some point. Our service is as easy to use as 3 simple steps.

Find the service you are interested with, each services has different packages at different pricing levels. If you don’t know which to select and which is best contact us and we will advise you.

Select the book now option, select your date and time. only available slots will be displayed. Once selected fill in your info. then you will be prompted to complete a checkout in order to pay and book for your service.

Once paid you will receive an Email and Whatsapp notification with a link to join a zoom meeting. Once the date and time selected has arrived, you can use the link to join the meeting.

Check and access bookings

Once you have paid at checkout; with the informations entered such as your email, a password request will be sent to your email so that you can enter your password to create an account (Optional) you can proceed without an account all you need is the access link to the meeting you paid for. But optionally if you set your password you can some back to the website and go to “my account”. Once logged in, filter out the dates you opted for your bookings to see your booked sessions in a calendar format with the zoom access link as well.

If you decide not to create an account, all you need is the zoom meeting link which will be sent to your email so make sure you have it handy when the booked time slot arrives.

What happens if i miss the meeting?

If you have missed the meeting, no refund would be applied unless we have a free or cancelled slot we can shift you to. However if you wish to reschedule a slot, contact us in advance so we can do the necessary.

What if i don't have a zoom account?

Good news! you don’t need to sign up with zoom to access the meeting. just click on the link and login as guest. The meeting will be available only at the time of the booked slot.

What does it means if i get an email "canceled appointment" ?

If you have booked a session without making a payment, the slot will not be booked hence you will get a cancelled email notification. Make sure you make due the payment while at checkout.
